Cherry Tropic cocktail was made by Sherry on Canada Day.
1 1/2 cups Bacardi Torched Cherry
2 cups Cranberry Juice
2 cups Pineapple chunks packed in own juice
40 mint leaves
Mix together above ingredients in large pitcher .... Chill
Pour over ice in a tall highball glass add a splash of Club Soda
Garnish with cherries ,pineapple , and mint on a pic.
Light and refreshing.....
Think this is my new summer fav.
