Justin Bieber (Pacific Coast News) Justin Bieber's rocky World Tour continued yesterday in the Philippines, as he took the stage all pumped up and ready to dance, only to wind up vomiting all over the place. Having recently kissed his girlfriend Selena Gomez, we're left wondering if it was she who got the Canadian superstar sick.Apparently he was so sick during his latest show in Manila, that he repeatedly had to run back stage to throw up. Selena Gomez went to Indonesia to visit Bieber, and was caught on video kissing the pop wonder. The video is below for you to check out. But, is it not coincidental that soon after kissing Gomez, Bieber ended up sick? Could she not have passed some sort of germ his way?
