It's April ... which means April Showers.  I made this adorable Birthday Card.  I made this card for the Creative Cutter Design Team Thusday Hippity Hop.  This challange was to combin 4 elements: yellow, circle, glitter (in the umbrella) & ribbon (yellow ribbon behind circle).
